Well I want to stay healthy. I may try to get more sleep and
go to sleep earlier. I’ll watch what I eat and try not to eat too many foods
that are bad for my health. I will also start exercising early. I’ll try to
take all the stress out of my life by avoiding things that cause stress. I’ll
start exercising to maintain a healthy heart and also to let go of any sort of
stress.
