Duties and Responsibilities:

Ophthalmologists are physicians who specialize in the treatment of eye diseases and disorders.  They treat vision problems and write prescriptions for eyeglasses. When necessary, they perform eye surgery.  They can work in hospitals, clinics, or have a private places for practicing.

Salary: 

$90,000 - $150,000

Education:

Only physicians can become ophthalmologists.  After completing medical school and having an internship, an ophthalmologist must then complete a three to five year residency in an approved ophthalmology program.  After this they must pass an exam to finally become and official.
I might want to pursue this career. It has a very good payout
