          This quote is trying to say that having manners is what really makes somebody strong. It says that the nicest people are the ones that succeed in life and get stuff done. You must treat all people with respect and dignity are the people who get rewarded. It makes these people who are nice to other powerful, everyone will like to be around said person and they’ll possibly do them favors. Maybe you’re known for always helping people when they ask you for help, even if it intervenes with something you need to do. All those people will agree to help you because you helped them.
